Is that 600 feet from the base of the building/plaza or from the level of the river? The article said it was 600 feet above the river, not the ground level in front of the building-wouldn't that shave off some height? I wonder how high the building itself will set above the river level...?
LOVE the design-very graceful and sleek-this is one I cannot help but wish was a little taller..especially with the beautiful curve at the top-deserves to be higher and more prominent.
