A few more details. Not sure when they are going to demo the Kmart, but if they do that this fall, then the plans for starting construction Feb. 2011 (I don't know where I got that date from, but I remember it from somewhere,) will seem likely. All I know is that they have to be done and moved in, and have the Police HQ site ready for the Fed Courthouse construction by Dec. 2012.
