Yeah, I see that, from your own image( below) before the exterior cladding was installed, there is a roof top patio on top of floor 10 coming from the mechanical area on 11. I have no other confirmation that it is listed at more than 10 flrs. Grade to roof + plus mech rooms.
But I'm fine if
your confirming there is a penthouse with usable space increasing the floor count to 11 or in your post 12. What are you confirming the floor count as? I'll make the appropriate change. Thx.
