True... But, let's see how quickly those refundable deposits turn into contracts. And from there, let's see how many, and at what pace, those contracts head to closing. Number of closings are a true indicator regarding the health of the condo market.

I think this is a good area of SA for future residential development...sandwiched in-between the Quarry and Brackenridge Park areas of town.
