More infill and density.
I strongly wish that HEB would consider a second "SoFlo"-like store for the River North/Tobin Hill/Pearl/Lower Broadway residents. The residential density in that area is blowing up and there isn't a store nearby that the residents can reach by foot in 10 minutes or less.
