^ Well I contest since they all say that ancient Greece has to be credited as the actual founder of the Western civilization, Rome just spread it. There would've been no Rome, no Europe, no Americas at all without the prior original Greek work.
It's quite impossible to me to seriously answer the title of this thread... I guess I must say Paris since I've never lived anywhere else but I'm aware that there are literally thousands of other places on the continent in which anyone of us could certainly find happiness.
