We should do nothing. Dubai always wants to have the biggest philic object just to prove the world that it has just as much
cojones as the great urban centers of the world. NYC has already proven its worth and does not need to compete. Let the boom cities of the East copy off the West when they could be perfecting what they had started as great civilizations.
