I hope you are ready to eat these words, because we are nothing like Regina. Since your post, look at all the massive developments that have been announced for our downtown (residential, commercial, entertainment, etc.), helping us get ready to host an NHL team. Regina will never have that because they are just too small. No offence, but that is the reality of it. They MIGHT have their new stadium, but not much more.
Winnipeg is in a completely different league, and is on a role right now in the right direction, and it's about bloody time!
