That's a lie.
The trust was lost as a result of the company acting properly; while the testing of the rooms was done at cost (with inconclusive results), the fact that they did nothing to mitigate paranoia amongst students and parents forced the campus' hand in having to put all the students up in a hotel because the company did not have a plan B.
And for the record, I got every single item I owned back, as did the majority of my friends.
