Teams that should move based on historical attendance and amount their hometown cares about them are the pelicans, grizzlies, nets, A's, Tampa Bay, islanders, hurricanes, jaguars... Teams that will move by 2028...id say maybe the pelicans and A's (looking likely they will stay in the bay area though)
Also, no chance a team like the spurs is moving. They have solid attendance, have a great history and are entrenched in San Antonio
