Thanks for clearing it up. Im not fluent in Italian.

Do you know how many of these murders occured in the actual city?

21 murders in a city of 3 mil (and a region somewhat known for crime) would be a rate of 0.7 which is one of the lowest in all of europe and lower than the average in italy. Are you sure its correct?

This screenshot suggests that the average yearly rate between 2012-2016 is 3.23:
