The "what it will replace" in the OP doesn't show up for me, but maybe that's for the better.
Part of this project involves tearing down a real butt-cheese parking garage which unfortunately involves multiple ownerships AFAIK....
As soon as I get my Flickr account back in order I'll try to post pics of the area when I was in Brooklyn a while back....
