I thought those photos should be posted here for future reference. Took me a while to figure out which direction was which from the pics on the Gensler site so I made a copy of the first photo and threw some reference points on it at the end for anyone else who might be confused! The bird's eye view faces east.

Gensler doesn't even have the 1603 Broadway tower in the renderings, even though they did it themselves, so presumably these are from a while back and they've got even more detailed stuff coming out soon.

Kind of reminds me of the Domain in Austin
