Not really a development, but it's interesting to see downtown change. I've been working downtown for about 4 years now and it's crazy to see the city come alive with employees during the day. My lunch group couldn't get a table at 2 restaurants yesterday. For everyone who complains about a lack of retail space, it seems like the demand for food is going up and hopefully the market will start to demand more spaces to be built and occupied. I even noticed that Panaderia was doing well at night on Sunday. Hopefully the market will continue to grow with all the hotels, office and residential going in and proposed!
