As for me having some sort of envy over your "proposed" stadium: First of all, I don't like watching football in domed stadiums (and the fact that only 1 or 2 games a year would be covered makes the extra expense laughable). Secondly, multi-purpose facilities are being torn down everywhere in favour of single use stadiums (in terms of sports - I'm not saying that concerts can't be held in arenas, etc..). Third, I highly doubt that this thing will get built in it's present form ($2,500 per resident? Give me a break!)

People have to remember this is a Saskatchewan facility, not a Regina facility. So with a million plus for population, that works about to a bit over $400 bucks each, or about 29 days of healthcare funding.
