Also “huge for downtown” is Dominion Resources Inc.’s office tower going up at South Sixth and East Cary streets, Meade said. The 20-story office building is targeted for completion in early 2019.
Speaker Roy Grier with Dominion said a second tower that will connect with the first one is not officially approved at this time, but is likely to proceed and the targeted opening is 2022.
