I wasn't being totally serious. I think we've thoroughly discussed the implications of the UofM going downtown in another thread. I understand how impossible it is and even undesirable from a certain point of view but I cant help dream what the extra mass of people would mean for the core of the city.
Anyway, glad that theres some densification occurring in that area. Hopefully more development occurs as a result of this
