Second, the Dept. of Housing & Urban Development headquarters is very ugly. It is even uglier inside. The walls are probably 5 feet thick concrete and this is almost no natural sunlight. As my coworker said, this is probably the place you'd want to be in case of a nuclear attack on DC. (source:
