You don't know the reasons for hundreds of thousands of people.
You just want to believe they cant wait to leave. That's an OPINION.
My opinion and many others, is most Calfiornians are getting priced out, and there's several articles as evidence for this.
Hell, the survey you used cited COL.
Getting priced out, is not the same thing as wanting, or dreaming of moving somewhere.
