Went to the Lone Star Brewery in March and got a tour of the grounds. If I remember correctly, the guide was telling me that they need something like 80% signed leases before they begin building Phase I, and he made it seem like they were nowhere near that number. Obviously, there's a lot of work to be done, but it should be interesting to see how the opening of the first Mission Reach segment brings awareness to this project as well as the Mission Power Plant one (any news on that one? Are they short of funds or leases too?)
