Well the Sandman Signature Hotels also own Denny's and Moxie's so perhaps one of those might end up in the hotel? Who knows.

The folks I know in the restuarant business were weary about doing anything with one of the hotels on Kenmount because of the unionized factor. Also can't wait for P.F Chang's its soo good.
