I always thought 1441 Chestnut was pretty cool from the renderings. I liked the "2 towers" look at the top of it.
I love the Center City Tower design as well ... I guess some developer could still hire/buy the design from King Lindquist and build it? Not sure how that all works.
American Commerce Center was like a wild dream of a tower... well fantasy, I guess too cool to be true.
