I just hate to be this guy. But from what I've seen in those open house boards, we're looking at billions of dollars. plural billion.

With all the service roads, connections and such, super expensive. It'll be a long time before we see anything close to that. Got to start chipping away at it. Although, seems this time they're getting it right.
