On the agenda, page 296 shows the Outdoor open pool level on Level 6 with a glass guardrail overlooking the rear of "The Ticket" and the Hyatt side on College St.
So depending on the time of the year, the pool should get sunlight in the morning to early afternoon hours. The height of the Hyatt on the south side of the building shouldn't block too much sun during the peak summer months.
