Outside of the Yankee games, this side of Richmond Terrace just consists of people waiting for buses and a few locals who are close enough to walk to the Ferry. On a side note: There is a roughly 25 foot wall that extends from the sidewalk of Richmond Terrace down to the area we are discussing. That wall continues to the West where there is an esplanade, and a lonely street (Bank Street, which connects the ferry to a less-congested area of Richmond Terrace). It would be nice if they would build some steps from the sidewalk down to the Esplanade so the foot traffic can continue further down and in and out of the Terrace. Any skilled photographer with a tripod can get
amazing pictures of the city here during the Blue Hour.
