As for the Mexican tourists, I'm sure that plays in some way but not much seeing as how it's 2 miles from 35. If they wanted to capitalize on that market they'd have built directly off of 35.
Very similar "race track" layout to Simon's Round Rock Premium Oulets as well... Should be a nice asset to San Antonio.

And yes, I like the location... it will stand out for sure. Also, I'm sure the land is much cheaper to develop than an equivalent location on the northside.
