As for the Mexican tourists, I'm sure that plays in some way but not much seeing as how it's 2 miles from 35. If they wanted to capitalize on that market they'd have built directly off of 35. |
Very similar "race track" layout to Simon's Round Rock Premium Oulets as well... Should be a nice asset to San Antonio.

And yes, I like the location... it will stand out for sure. Also, I'm sure the land is much cheaper to develop than an equivalent location on the northside.
