Maybe we can convince them to do a demonstration project to bury the Red Line under Lamar. That's basically the only thing I'd trust them for - a short small tunnel with daylight visible from both sides and no need for emergency exits/ventilation. Luckily I think most of our local elected officials would be pretty skeptical of anything from TBC for public works.
