Elysee Begins Converting Reservations To Contracts, Finalizes Utilities

Elysee notched two more milestones this week and is expected to begin construction within months.
The developer inked a deal with Dade’s Water and Sewer Department to connect 100 units to the county utilities line. A 32-unit apartment building is being demolished, so the net addition is just 68 new units.
Notice also went out this week that reservations are being converted into contract.
