Yup! You can't get a second 800 footer without the first.
Although, a few 500-600 footers would be nice.
Like it or not, cities are defined, to a degree, by their skylines. Let's face it, Tulsa has more buildings over 500 feet than OKC, or San Antonio.
But then, I just don't "get it".
