I think the area between the Pig & Pearl and downtown will be the higher growth area in the coming years. The added population in the area combined with the seemingly readily available parcels on which to build will play a significant role.

And I think these lots across from Travis Park are an excellent opportunity to build some high rise residentials. Being across from Travis Park on the 20th floor with a nice view and park access right in downtown and a diner on the ground floor would be like living in Manhattan... only 37º hotter.
