I'm sure they simply are not ready to announce the exact size, unit counts, etc etc of the tower. Also remember that Milwaukee, being a smaller market, actually seems to harbor more odd mixes of uses. For example, the cathedral sqaure building from the last decade that is the extremely odd combo of residential on the lower floors with office floors on top. It is possible they are considering some funky combination of uses such as that given the relative residential boom going on in the city right now. Perhaps they are still trying to figure out what baskets to put their eggs in?

Regardless, awesome news for Milwaukee, yet another possible large tower!
