Having a tall residential tower is ideal. That would be revenue and be able to have some retail like gift shop and cafe? This would be the interpretative centre planned or in addition to what Friends of Upper fort Garry envisioned? I would prefer it not be at Bonnycastle park .IMO...With the dog park there etc, the riverside should have clear views for all and buildings on the provincial park.
