I drove by this while in Atlanta last week, and that huge retaining wall on the East side of the property is a disaster. Not only is the wall huge and it does not allow any ground level activities, it will probably fail in 10-15 years and require expensive repairs for the building owner. I guess they are trying to save some money and not have to haul all that soil off property.
