To me This building is very important for the grand scheme of change going around Downtown Brooklyn, especially the way it wraps the lobby around Flatbush ave into Fulton. When I was younger I used to buy sneakers and hats around here, it was pretty beat up area. Slowly I hope more next door skyscrapers sneak their way in to change this shopping area from hood to classy.
