Anytime there is a more ambitious announcement like improvements to the Perimeter, it's always super-vague with no timelines or commitments. The end result is that hardly anything happens like with PTH 101 at 59, which has been announced umpteen times over the past 20 years.
Maybe a lot more money is going into highways, but nothing ever actually seems to improve.
