My work used other places such as Antares for long term business stays. We had to furnish the suites. Will definitely look into Sutton residences. Having them furnished eliminates a huge hassle in having to deal with all that. Business with long term stays can tend to tolerate higher rental costs if it eliminates a bunch of other semi-unknown costs. Within reason of course.
