For the actual station or for the housing development? Must be for the housing development. I thought you were talking about the station itself.

From my recollection the north end of the site was to be lower density. At the south end near jubilee the original plan called for 2 large towers. With heights and such stepping down as you move northward to from Jubilee station to Fort Rouge station.

Not sure what the current plan is for all the land.
