The Fort Rouge station is a mess, what a wasted opportunity, too much surface parking. The Jubilee station isn't much better, the 'Jubliee' condo building is nice but the 'Park Side' town homes across the street are cookie cutter suburban and the development is too low density for what should have been on that site. Hopefully as more lots are developed we will see higher quality projects, street edges and parking.

Surface parking? There's a tiny lot for pick up waits.
