The U of M isn't going to magically replenish downtown. That is a false solution.

A real solution for downtown is a lot more complicated than "let's shove students there".

This is a nice building and I will echo what some others have said: if we had some more of these in downtown Winnipeg, it would make a difference. And again, some buildings like these don't necessarily have to be exclusively for students; they could just be rentals.
