Spring '07 scheduled completion date. Forumer JSoto works for
RTKL, and can't provide his orgs. renderings/models/proposals at
this time. However, they should be public by January/February
time frame. Design competition involves mult. entities. RTKL is
working with Arquitectonica and Chavez.

In conjunction, something could be happening at the old high
school property and the Lone Star site/garage if timing is right.

City Hall (from council minutes) has issued permits for very early
stages of renovations/facade improvements/and other
preliminary work on these projects:
Unity Plaza (the turntable and spire where the West exit of
Cityplace subway station and the MATA M-Line Streetcar meet.
Turntable for the streetcar, included. Also, apparently some
State-Thomas TIFS and Cedars TIFS have been brought to
attention by unknown (small-scale) developers. Too early to tell,
judging solely on council minutes - what's going on there. But,
these are urban infill - plus a TOD since Cedars was brought up.
RepublicBank Center T1 facade stuff. This is the tower going
condo eventually.
Also, a number of other downtown buildings, mostly on Main
and/or Elm. I counted 6 different buildings over a months worth
of council meeting minutes. More to follow.
