The Soto will be more than what its Broadway facade depicts in renderings. The more interesting part of this development will be the back side of the project that faces Avenue B. I saw a rendering today (sorry I couldn't capture an image) that shows a couple of restaurants, a central yard, a rooftop bar and a taco stand facing the street. It looks a bit like a mini version of the Pearl, geared toward all the new residential in the area. The person I spoke to also mentioned that The Soto has a ton of interest (leasing) and will be substantially leased up once its ready for occupancy.
