Reroute the interstates away from downtown, along 410 and 1604. Demolish the entire downtown loop. Replace the freeways with boulevards and reconnect all city streets. Use right of way for other forms of mass transit. Re-grid the land used up by the three cloverleaf intersections and incentivize highrise residential/office construction, as well as making each location a major transit terminal. Restore the San Pedro Creek bed all the way up to the park.
