IMO The Forks contains a pretty good balance of "green space" (I always hated that term) and buildings.

There is already a decent amount of park land downtown, and there isn't exactly a crush of humanity filling all of them up. This isn't a megacity where we desperately need more parks because the other ones are overflowing.
