Inside NBA circles sure but outside the NBA he isn't and that's because he plays in Cleveland, the east is so aweful and the Cavs have had little success besides this year.

Maybe but only slightly (like 7.2 instead of 6.5) because then there actually might be a series in it if those teams played Cleveland as opposed to it being one sided.
