The Zang Triangle is a 260 unit multifamily residential building currently under development located in the Oak Cliff Gateway area of Dallas and immediately across the street from the Lake Cliff Tower condo tower.
Tenants on the upper floors of the four and five story building will enjoy panoramic views of the Downtown Dallas skyline, less than 3 minutes away by car or bus. In the not too distant future, streetcar access to Downtown Dallas will happen at the future streetcar stop at Zang and Oakenwald (streetcar service seen in rendering will be part of the amenities of the area).
Standing four and five stories tall, the triangular complex will reshape the landscape along a major Oak Cliff entry and exitway.
It will include potential retail space and sculptures commissioned through DeCorazon Gallery, said Dirik Oudt, a principle in Lang Partners, along with Kyle Oudt, Matt Johnson and John Ausburn.
The Zang Triangle will contain all of the modern amenities found in current generation urban residential properties.
Pre-leasing started in September with the first units scheduled to open this month, November, 2011.
