Interesting. I found a demolition permit for the University Towers in West Campus. This is the 11-story dorm consisting of three connected towers located at 801 West 24th Street. These are three of the oldest dorms in West Campus - built in 1968.

The application date was March 22nd, but another date says March 26.

Nice find. That area is zoned for 175', so it looks likes it's time for an upgrade. That property will have a hard time attracting residents as-is in the future.
