The city should have never been involved in building a hotel. Thay should have tried to have private development do this, and if it didn't happen then so what. A cramped riverwalk entrance that no rooms overlook. It blocks out the skyline like a wall. All kinds of legal hangovers.
Wrong space; wrong developer; wrong building; what a shame.
