So do those right-turn only intersections prohibit cross-traffic? They'd essentially be interchanges without an overpass, just on- and off-ramps? Seems like an acceptable solution. That leaves just two full at-grade intersections, and I can sort of understand Armour Road. But Courtney Street??? That would come out if it was up to me.
