Thanks for posting. I am liking the right turn only in a few locations. Also to answer your question about the "at grade" intersections. I will suspect that these will just be stop signs with acceleration lanes. I am also curious to see the new layout of the Dewdney / Hub road interchange. It says ramps only off the north side of the dewdney. I hope this means something similar to this.

But am a definitely happy that there will be a service interchange at 9th North! And only right turns at Pinky / Hill Ave
Another thing. Looks like this will be 4-lane divided along the whole route. Function drawings will confirm this. But one can only hope that it will be. More $$$ but better for safety especially when City / Truck traffic are both being accommodated.
One more thing that needs clarification are the rail grade seperation. I know that the CP is already being done. But what about the two CN Lines in the NW that will need to be crossed?
