I worry about the Market Place becoming too Disneyfied....like the river is becoming. How about something in between. The zoos and Museums up in Chicago are run by non-profits and have been much more successful than the city at running these places. Perhaps something like this would work for the Market? Keep it Authentic. Keep it San Antonio.
